Something a little casual:

 

 

Local dairy mac and cheese? Trios of Yorkshire puddings with red wine jus? Stone baked pizzas? Our field kitchen units can do it all. 

Below is just a small selection of our offerings, but if you have a specific dish in mind our development team is more than happy to help.

For our larger bookings and weddings we offer an In-house tasting service, where our chef Chris will come to you for an intimate and personal tasting menu session.

 

Sample Menus:

Mac and cheeses:

Torpenhow Dairy Mac and Cheese, made with local dairy milk and cheese, seasoned with paprika and mixed herbs

Served with variety of toppings 

Trio of Yorkshire puddings:

Three Yorkshire puddings filled with buttery mash, beef brisket. sage and onion stuffing, red wine jus. 

The Greeky Blinders:

Chicken Souvlaki 

Pork Gyros 

Lamb shish 

Med veg 

All served with flat bread, salad, sauces and home made tzatziki. 

 

 

The Binsey Field Kitchen Wedding fair:

A special day requires a special menu... 

Canapes:

Parfait lollypop, mango gel, balsamic pearls.

Mini Yorkshire pudding, beef jus, horseradish.

Baked cracker, shallot and chilli salsa, pineapple gel.

Starters:

Roast tomato soup, basil oil, Bassenthwaite Bakery bread, Maldon salted butter. 

Chicken liver Parfait, Keswick red onion marmalade, toasted sourdough.

Pan Fried king scallop, ajo Blanco, grape puree.

Honey Glazed goats cheese, burnt apple. 

Ham Hocked terrine, pickled veg, mustard gel 

Mains:

Pressed lamb shoulder, boulangère potato, panko, peas two way, bacon crisp.

Roast beef, goose fat potatoes, green beans, Yorkshire pudding, jus. 

Pork belly, carrot puree, black pudding bon bon, mash, cider sauce. 

Pan fried Cod, crushed new potatoes, spinach and watercress sauce. 

Abalone mushroom, beetroot poached potatoes, crispy kale, beetroot gel. 

Desserts:

Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce, three hills vanilla gelato.

Wilde Bake's Warm double chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce.

Torpenhow dairy cheese board - cheddar, blue, brie, grapes, Carrs water biscuits.
