Fresh Ingredients..
One of the best parts of living in the Lake District is the quantity and quality of local, farm-fresh ingredients.
Our eggs? Supplied by Mr Will Gill, less than one mile from our headquarters.
Our milk and cheese? Comes from the pasture-fed cows, milked daily by Mark and Jenny Lee, Torpenhow Dairy.
Freshly baked bread? Bassenthwaite bakery, 3 miles from home.
We believe in supporting our local community as much as possible, using only the best, locally sourced ingredients, wherever possible.

Experience
Our head chef and owner; Chris, has over 17 years of cooking experience. He has a wealth of experience from a variety of backgrounds: Michelin star to the army, Olympics, F1, and top flight football clubs, private In house dining and even the Royal family.
Yasmin, our front of house manager, flew with Etihad Airlines. She worked with prestigious clients in business class suites and understands that professionalism and discretion are sometimes key.
We also have a roster of staff that are known to us and trusted. Both front of house and back of house.

Lal Yan coffee. Lal Yan Coffee Van is our 1980 Citroen Acadiane. We can bring her along so that you can enjoy barista beverages as the perfect finish to your event.
We are fully licensed to serve alcohol, so let us know if you want to add a little extra fizz or sparkle.
